WeeGrow System
One suit. Two to three winters.
Kids outgrow winter gear faster than they wear it out. Internal snaps in the sleeves and legs release up to 6cm of extra length, so one suit covers two to three winters instead of one.
-
Unsnap
Open the internal snaps inside the sleeve or leg. They sit out of sight, so the suit looks the same either way.
-
Pull down
The hem drops to release up to 6cm of extra length.
-
Re-snap
Fasten it at the new length. About thirty seconds per limb, no sewing. It shortens again the same way to hand down to a sibling.
-
Hood fits over a helmet
Most kids' hoods don't. This one is cut to go over a ski or snowboard helmet, and adjusts down for the days there isn't one.
-
Zip at the waist
A bathroom break doesn't mean taking the whole suit off in a cold cubicle. The zip opens at the waistline.
-
Snow guards and a boot hook
Snow guards keep powder out of the boot. The hem lifts and hooks over a snowboard boot so the binding sits properly.
-
3M reflectors
It's dark by four in a northern winter. Reflective prints and piping across the suit, not just a token strip.
-
100% recycled Hyperloft
Light, warm to −20°C / −4°F, and made entirely from recycled fibre.
-
Mittens that clip on
Every suit has glove clips built in. WeeDo mittens pull over the sleeve and attach, so they don't get lost on the chairlift. Mittens are sold separately.
-
Suspenders inside
The suit stays up during a layer change instead of ending up in the snow.
-
The tail comes off
It's on a push button, so if it catches on anything mid-slide it releases rather than pulling.
-
Hook for the boot
Holds the leg down over the boot so snow can't work its way up.

What parents notice
- ★★★★★
This is the best snowsuit on the market.
Everything is there: quality fabric, zipper to go pee for girls, extra padding in front, knees, bum, elbows, extra big hood compatible with helmets, very good adjustable system for grow system even in the hood, and finally best fun look ever.

This is the second WeeDo snowsuit we have purchased.
They are excellent quality and the fit is great for our kids. We now have two monsters. Can't say enough about how perfect all the details you had thought of and how well it is designed for little kids.

FAQ
How much does it actually grow?
Up to 6cm in the sleeves and up to 6cm in the legs. It ships set to the shortest length, so there's room from day one.
How long will one suit last?
Two to three winters for most kids. That's what the WeeGrow snaps are for.
Can I pass it down to a younger sibling?
Yes. The snaps shorten the suit as easily as they lengthen it, so it can go back down a size for the next child, or be resold or donated.
Is it warm enough for a real winter?
It's rated to −20°C / −4°F with 100% recycled Hyperloft insulation. Below that, layer a thermoshirt underneath.
Will they stay dry?
10,000mm water column, taped seams and waterproof zippers. That covers wet snow, slush, and a full day of sitting down in it.
Do mittens come with the suit?
No — mittens are sold separately. Every suit has glove clips built in, so WeeDo mittens attach to the sleeves and won't get lost.
What size should I order?
Start with the size guide. Sizes run 92–104 (2–4y) through 140–152 (10–12y), and because the suit adjusts, most parents size to the child now rather than buying big.
What if something breaks?
Talk to us before you replace it. We can usually source spare parts from the makers in Germany, and if it turns out to be a manufacturing fault we'll cover the cost of fixing it at your local repair shop. Anything else, get in touch and we'll work it out.

The features are the same across the range. The only real decision left is which one they'll refuse to take off.
