Shipping

Free shipping with any snowsuit purchase.

Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days. You'll get tracking as soon as it's on its way, and the delivery estimate depends on where you are in the country.

Pre-orders ship from September 15. If your order has both a pre-order item and something in stock, the whole order ships together once the pre-order arrives — order separately if you need the in-stock item sooner.

Returns

30 days from delivery. Unworn, tags still on, in the original packaging.

Sizing a growing child is guesswork, and we'd rather you sent one back than kept a suit that doesn't fit. If you're between sizes, the size guide is a better place to start than a coin toss — every suit ships set to its shortest length and lets out as they grow, so most parents order the size that fits today.

If something breaks

Talk to us before you replace it.

We can usually source spare parts from the makers in Germany. If it turns out to be a manufacturing fault, we'll cover the cost of fixing it at your local repair shop.

Anything else — a knee that met a fence, a zip that lost an argument with a chairlift — get in touch anyway and we'll work it out. Wear and tear from ordinary use isn't covered, but a snowsuit built for two to three winters shouldn't be retired over something fixable.
